This Privacy Policy covers how JellyBarn, Inc. (“JellyBarn”) collects and uses information at its website located at: http://www.jellybarn.com (the “Site”). Personally identifiable information. JellyBarn only shares personally identifiable information with other companies or individuals outside of JellyBarn as follows: (i) if JellyBarn has your consent for the sharing of personally identifiable information; or (ii) to assist in the fulfillment of requests for services that you’ve requested from JellyBarn (for example, we may use a third party to help send e-mails in response to requests you’ve made). Information relating to children.


This Site is not structured to attract children under 13 years of age. You will not receive email communications and advertisements from JellyBarn unless you submit your email address to JellyBarn.
